THE HIGH SEVEN:220 mi 23,000 feet in a day'

Dave left at 3:00 AM with lights. We went had a support vehicle, he was unsupported. We worked together to complete ride to complete the High Five. He rode alone and did a High Seven.

The ride goes from White Pass, Skate Creek Pass, Paradise Inn, Cayuse Pass, Chinook Pass and back. Dave did the Y, White Pass Skate Creek Pass, Paradise Inn, Cayuse Pass, Sunrise, Cayuse Pass Chinnook Pass and the Y. That is 220 miles and around 23,000 feet of elevation gain. He got back at 9:45 PM by having his wife follow him in a car.

The biggest news is that Dave Kirk rode it solo and unsupported. He left a 3:00 AM
