Tuesday-Thursday Indoor Trainer Rides
Starting January 8th the Tuesday /
Thursday night indoor rides held at Mike Pratt’s shop will be starting over at
Workout #4 so if you have bulked up
over the holidays and are scared that the rides may be too tough for you and you
may get dropped, have no fear.
The group that
meets at Cheri McEacherm’s house has moved locations to Vicki Mattea’s
house. Vicki can be reached @
452-5852 for directions. Cheri’s
group at the writing of this article is planning to continue on to the harder
workouts. Their next workout is #15
Both groups are coed so join a group at either location.
It is a good way to get together with your cycling friends and catch up
on what is going on. Group trainer
riding is a good way to stay motivated over the winter.
I for one would not be able to do it if not for the group motivation.
Winter Trainer Ride Schedule
All trainer rides start at 6:30 p.m. sharp! Every Tuesday
& Thursday evening. Be 10 minutes early to set up etc... Everyone is welcome but you
must bring your own trainer.
