General: Everyone is welcome, all participants must wear helmets, except to indoor trainer rides. No one should be left behind, even at indoor trainer rides. All rides are graded by pace, distance, and terrain (please choose according to your skill). If you are unsure whether you would be able to enjoy the ride call the ride leader. All rides are canceled by rain, except indoor trainer rides, (unless stated Rain or Shine)

First rider off at 6:00 pm.

Volunteer to be the timer at one of the time trials. You will still be able to ride the course. This training series is for Chinook Cycling Club members only. Membership is available for $15.00 per year. See Membership Application.
    1. All cycling rules will be enforced.
    2. Rules of the road must be obeyed during time trials.
    3. All riders must sign a waiver and wear an approved helmet.
    4. Riders under 18 must get consent form signed by parent or guardian.

Level 1 - 10 to 13 MPH Stays in a group
Level 2 - 13 to 16 MPH Regroup often
Level 3 - 16 to 19 MPH Wait at hilltops, slows when someone's dropped
Level 4 - 19 to 22 MPH Maybe wait at hilltops, sprint lines
Level 5 - 22 plus  MPH Race pace and conditions. If you're dropped you're gone.
